A low-priced plan is not the one that shows the smallest number in the ad: it is the one that costs you the least at the end of the year. Here is how to do the math.

The real price is the total over twelve months

Let's take our 35 Mbps Internet plan, at $49.95 per month.

• Paid monthly: 12 months at $49.95, plus $50.00 for installation, which comes to $649.40 the first year.
• Paid yearly: 11 months instead of 12 and free installation, which comes to $549.45.

The difference: $99.95 less the first year, for exactly the same service.

The fees that inflate a bill

• The modem. Rented for a few dollars a month, it ends up costing a lot. At Club Internet, the modem is a free rental; you simply return it to one of our offices at the end of the service.
• Data. With a limited plan, you pay for every overage. All our plans are unlimited.
• The promotional price. A discount for a few months often hides a higher regular price. Our price doesn't change.
• The contract. Committing for one or two years means risking a penalty if you move or change your mind. Our services have no contract.

Internet alone, or with phone?

If you are keeping a home phone line, add it to your Internet: the Phone + Internet plan starts at $44.90 per month, which is $9.95 more than Internet alone, unlimited calls anywhere in Canada included. You can keep your current number (transfer: $15 per number).
