Payment methods
Four ways to pay your bill. The simplest: credit card in your customer portal, with automatic payment if you wish.

Customer portal (recommended)
Pay by credit card or Visa Debit in the customer portal. There, you can turn on automatic payment for each bill.

Interac e-Transfer
Send the transfer to info@clubinternet.ca. Security question: Service. Answer: internet. Include your name and the invoice number in the message.

Bank transfer
Payee: Club Internet, TD Bank.
Transit: 43731 · Institution: 004 · Account: 5019240.
Then send us an email with the date, the amount and your name.

Cash
At one of our two offices, in Montréal or Varennes, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. See the Contact page.
Important: after an Interac e-Transfer or a bank transfer, write to us at info@clubinternet.ca with the payment date, the amount, your name and the phone number shown on the bill, so that we can apply it to your account quickly.
Good to know
- Bills are issued on the 1st of each period and are payable on receipt.
- Let us know about any change of credit card to avoid a rejected payment.
- A late payment may lead to a suspension of the service until the bill is paid.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars; GST and QST are added on the bill.
