Which speed should you choose?

A simple guide

6 to 11 Mbps: one person, email, browsing, standard-definition video.
17 to 35 Mbps: two to four people, working from home, HD video on one or two screens.
70 to 118 Mbps: family, 4K, online gaming, several devices at the same time.
140 to 450 Mbps: highly connected home, large downloads, cameras and home automation.

Installation, modem and moving

Installation

$50.00 one time only, added to your first bill if you pay monthly or every 6 months. Free if you pay for the year.

Free modem rental

The cable modem is loaned to you at no charge for as long as you have the service. You can connect your own Wi-Fi router to it. At the end of the service, it must be returned to one of our offices.

Moving

Your plan follows you. The fee for moving the service is the same as for installation: $50.00.

First bill

The rest of the installation month, prorated, then your first full period. After that, one bill on the 1st of each period.
