Someone to talk to
If there is a problem, you can reach our team by phone or at one of our two offices, in Montréal and Varennes, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. If the modem is the cause, we check it and replace it at our offices; if it's the wiring or the network, we send a technician.
